This is made with a perfectly balanced blend of 15 specialty herbs, including Japanese mugwort from Hokkaido which is distilled at blooming season that happens only once a year. This skincare water conditions skin and prevents irritation. This can be applied on any skin area. Please try using this as everyday care for aging skin, soothing treatment after a sunburn, or even insect bites, and moisturising your scalp. You may experience a tingling sensation with first use, however this diminishes after a couple of applications.
