Shipping Policy

When shopping on the official SHIRO Hong Kong online store, orders totalling HK$600 or more
qualify for free delivery; orders under HK$600 will incur a delivery charge of HK$30.

Shipping Method

We currently offer the following delivery options: home delivery, collection from SF Express service points, collection from SF Express smart lockers, and collection from convenience stores (OK Convenience Store).
Orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days (excluding public holidays) from the day after the order is confirmed.
*Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to uncontrollable factors such as regional variations, traffic conditions or weather. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To ensure your goods are delivered to the address you have specified, please make sure to provide a correct contact number and delivery address. If, after dispatch, delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an inability to contact you or an incorrect delivery address, the goods will be returned to the warehouse once the carrier’s holding period has expired.

*If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Delivery area

Deliveries are available only to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

Shipping Notice: Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address falls within an area designated as a "Remote Area" by SF Express, an additional Remote Area Surcharge will apply.
(Standard shipping is free on orders of HKD 600 or more.)

Payment of the Remote Area Surcharge

Please pay the additional charge directly to the SF Express courier upon delivery.
