■ Temporary Closure Period

• Inquiries (Toll-free number & Contact form) Inquiries received after 1:00 PM on Friday, September 18 will be handled sequentially starting Thursday, 24 September.

• Shipping of Ordered Products
Orders will be processed and shipped as usual.
＊Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.
＊Orders requesting gift wrapping or requiring verification will be dispatched from Thursday 24 September onwards.
